The Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) has assumed all credentialing responsibilities for former DCF certificants. All certification responsibilities and certificants of the former Florida Behavior Analysis Certification Program have been transferred to the BACB, and the Florida program has closed. Former Florida program certificants are permitted to continue using only the following designations: Florida Certified Behavior Analyst™ (FL-CBA™).

The BACB Board of Directors has appointed the Florida Behavior Analyst Certification Committee (FBACC) to issue and maintain certification for former DCF certificants. The FBACC has developed policy for the transfer and certification of all former DCF certificants. The BACB time-limited selection period to allow qualified former DCF certificants to select and transfer into an appropriate BACB certification has expired.

The FBACC welcomes all former Florida DCF certificants.  If you have questions about your FL-CBA certification, please email flcba@bacb.com
